Reset Password
If you forgot your current password or first time to login, you must obtain a temporary password to login.
To continue, you must be an active Japan Club member and your e-mail address must be registered.
(You cannot register online for security reasons.)
- Step 1: Enter either information below.
- Step 2: You will then receive an e-mail containing a temporary password to login.
It may take a few minutes to receive the e-mail. If you didn't receive it within 30 minutes, the e-mail address may be wrong.
If information you entered did not match with our records, you won't receive anything.
- Step 3: Login with temporary password.
If this is the first time for you to login, your login ID may be your e-mail address.
- Step 4: Once you successfully logged in, you can find "Change Password" menu under "Member Services".
Change password that you can remember. Password is case-sensitive.
You may also change your login ID to anything you prefer.
